The accommodation facility ŠD Němcovej 1 and its hotel section in Blocks A and C, designated for visitors, offers a 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi internet access, and free public parking.

Electric vehicle charging via ZSE Drive is available near the parking area. This service is accessible to the general public, not only to accommodated guests.

All hotel rooms are equipped with satellite TV, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. A shared kitchenette is available for guests in the corridor.
