  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Information from the inquiry/configurator (accommodation, catering, rental of premises, specifications, notes and other details provided by the customer)

For what purpose do we use the data?

Your data is used for the purpose of:

  • processing and responding to your inquiry, reservation or service order of TUKE Campus+
  • contacting you in connection with your inquiry or reservation
  • sending marketing information or offers, if you have given your consent
  • statistical and analytical purposes (service improvement, website administration, use of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar and other analytical/cookie tools)

Who may have access to the data?

Your data may be disclosed to trusted partners to the necessary extent:

  • cooperating marketing agencies and IT companies (e.g. website administration and online advertising)
  • other suppliers if necessary (e.g. web hosting, technical website management) – always in compliance with GDPR

Your data is not provided to any other third parties nor transferred outside the European Union, except where necessary for service provision (e.g. Google, Facebook, Hotjar – for analytical/advertising tools with appropriate contracts).

How long do we retain your data?

Your personal data is stored only for the period necessary to process your inquiry or reservation, or until you request its deletion—typically no longer than 5 years from the last contact.

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability or to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
